Dioxin removal electrostatic precipitator
Dioxin removal electrostatic precipitator
The power consumption is less than half that of conventional electrostatic precipitators. A stable low-voltage current can be obtained, allowing for the collection of sub-micron particles and demonstrating excellent removal capabilities for dioxins. We developed a high-performance electrostatic precipitator and obtained a patent in June 2006. Using this electrostatic precipitator is very economical, as it can reduce dioxins without the need for slaked lime or activated carbon. We are currently seeking companies for technical assistance contracts. This invention allows for stable discharge from the plate electrodes by providing an optimal gap distance and clearance. The discharge electrodes have a blunt angle or a shape close to it, making them resistant to corrosion and capable of maintaining a stable high current over the long term.
